Where to write the Dantes?

Hi everyone,
I want to take few DANTES exams soon.
I do not know where one can take them.
I visted the DANTES website but cannot seem to find any test center close to my area ( State of WA)
Can one write these exams in other test centers,i mean other than the military ones?

I took mine at a community college library when I lived in the San Francisco bay area.
