Quals in the field of Education

Are there any Masters, certs, or diplomas in 'Education' (or closely-related alternative subjects) at brand-name universities?

What do you mean by "brand name" universities? There are hundreds of education degree or certification programs available at accredited universities--many of which are available via DL.

The Masters of Research is likely to launch in autumn/fall 2007 not 2006.
