As you all probably know I have been searching for a college to start my studies for awhile now (waiting for the next term to start). I have decided that I want to save my G.I. bill for my masters therefore this elimated many schools due to my 4500 a year cap. So I narrowed it down to Troy and Empire State. This is my dilemma. I am going TDY from Oct 17th to Nov 3 it just so happens that the courses for Troy start on Oct 12th. The courses at Empire dont start until Nov. But it looks like Empire state has an overlap in their terms.. I did that before and found it difficult to start new classes while enrolled in others. On the other hand I could wait until Jan and enroll at Troy when their next term starts and they have 10 week terms. I am not sure what to do... I am currently taking a couple classes at the community college here but not sure if I like them because it is all indepedent study and no student interaction. I would stick with those but I am not doing so well and not sure it is the best way for me to learn. (maybe it is because I am taking chemistry  ) Thanks again for any help or suggestions.

    Dave

(Sorry for changing my colleges every week.. you guys are probably going to want to kill me soon like my wife does) :D

My advice is to take the time between now and December to think about which school (Troy or Empire) will best meet your needs. You stated that overlapping courses has not worked out for you in past.

Thanks for the advice... I think I will just hold off then and enroll at Troy in Jan. I guess I could of answered that question myself but thanks again for the input.
