Has anybody fulfilled this requirement by any other means than taking the TESC Business Policy TECEP or class? I have tried taking that class and could not get past the first couple of boring chapters. Besides I had other issues going on in my life. Any suggestions?

  2. I took the ECE version (just prior to the cutoff a year ago) and used the Wheelen book to study - it was sufficient.

I see that Excelsior now offers a course (BUS495) for Business Strategy to replace the ECE.

    Cheers,

Perhaps you should have another look at TECEP Business Policy. There are several advantages in my view:
-the exam is pass/fail; you just have to get 60 out of 100 points.(considering that the topic is pretty difficult it's an advantage)
-it is probably less time consuming than a comparable course
-with a cost of between $350-400 it is still much cheaper than a course offered by Excelsior.
I took this exam for my Excelsior business degree.
