I would like to take some religion courses (preferably accredited) via distance learning. Does anyone know of any that are self paced? I've taken classes like this before in other subjects, and the college/university allowed me one year to complete the course. That has fit my schedule really well. I've found a few at Indiana Univeristy.

BYU has a large selection of religion courses at a good tuition rate:

Are you trying to accomlish a degree in religion or biblical studies? Any particular area you are interested in?

BYU is fine if you don't mind the Mormon take on religion courses. You'll even get that in OT courses and NT courses(have 18 credits in religion there myself with a variety of classes to include Book of Mormon, Old Testament, New Testament, D&C, LDS Church History, etc). The classes might now use the official LDS Bible(King James with Joseph Smith footnotes/translation/cross reference to the Book of Mormon and D&C).

If you are looking for other programs with more of a non-Mormon perspective, more mainline, then try these out....
