    Greetings,

Can any one give me more information about this school please.

    Their BBA seems pretty focused.

    Thanks

I used to provide quality assurance work to ILM Australia - see http://www.higheredconsulting.com.au/clients.html

They are accredited by the Minister for Education and Arts in the State of Queensland and provide distance/ blended delivery programs from Associates to Master. Very sincere and, of course, high quality organisation ;)

    Cheers,

    George

    Mr Brown,

So, in your professional opinion, it would be wise and OKAY to apply to Institute of Technology Australia?

Will the degree be equal to University level and status?

    Many Thanks

The degrees offered by IOTA/ILM Australia are equivalent in standing to any other degree issued by an institution listed on the AQF Register - see http://www.aqf.edu.au/register.htm You will note that IOTA/ ILM Australia is accredited by an accrediting agency listed on the AQF Register. All Australian universities are listed on this register as well. You can be guaranteed that these degrees are no ticking time bomb!

    Cheers,

    George

IOTA Malaysian Partner Previously known as INSTITUT WIRA was involved in selling degrees on University of Newcastle and there were many of their students had engaged in plagiarism in relation to course assignments.

THE COMMISSIONER: Ms Ronalds, I'll just again put on the record the scope and purpose before proceeding with other matters. The Commission is investigating the conduct of certain present and former members of the staff of the University of Newcastle in relation to an allegation made in January 2003 that certain students of Institute WIRA, Malaysia had engaged in plagiarism in relation to course assignments, together with the response and process undertaken by members of the university staff in relation to the allegation of plagiarism and the conduct of members of the university staff in relation to inquiries into the matter including the appointment by the university of Professor Lamond to conduct an investigation and the determination by the university of the terms of reference for that investigation.

    Thanks George.

Here is the funny statement from The Region College:

A consequence of the rationalization process is the recent decision by the College’s Board not to renew its contract with its current principal tertiary education partner, the University of Newcastle, for which the College delivers both undergraduate and postgraduate business and management programs. At present, the College has over 300 students in accredited programs, with approvals to double that number in 2005.

The truth is University of Newcastle terminated its agreement with them and due to which lot of students enrolled on MBA programmes were affected. Professor Marimuthu was fired but now he is back again to cheat IOTA.
