Online Adult Education Survey! Please Participate!

Currently, I am working on a marketing research project on the viability of Online Adult Education in Canada, meaning the delivery of college and university level courses and programs by Internet. I have been collecting online questionnaires so if you have about > 5 minutes to spare, it is located on my site at:

Once the site loads, a new Internet Explorer window will open with just the questionnaire. It is completely anonymous and no further contact will be made, it is just a marketing research final project.

Please note: When you click Submit you will receive an Alert box that says the information being transmitted by email is unsecured and not encrypted, click OK. This is fine because that data is just coded numbers and has nothing personal included in the file. If you are unable to complete the form due to an error "Item not found", then discard this request, some computer profiles are prevented from this type of submission (ie. government networks and exchange servers).

If you can pass on this request to anyone in your address book to help me obtain results from across Canada, I would really appreciate that effort.
