  1. I'm about to send in my first Examination Request Form, but I am experienceing some confusion about whether I need to send in the Registration/Matriculation form with it.

Can I just send in the Examination Request Form and leave the registration form until later. Unfortunately it is Saturday and the HW agents are closed for the weekend.

    Any knowledgeable advise appreciated.

You should send them in at the same time. If I am recalling correctly, you cannot be processed to sit an exam until you are formally registered in the program.

I believe that is correct. They require the validated photo of yourself to compare against the photos you provide with your exam request.

Of course, you can take any DL course without matriculation.

  4. Thanks for the help, guys! I called FT management (HW North American agent) and I was informed that I could wait to send in the registration form (which requires a signature of pastor, doctor who witnesses one's photograph as a true likeness of the registrant. I am pushed for time as the deadline for sending in the examination forms for December is approaching, so I will send the registration in a little later. HW says that is OK, but they like to have the registration form sent in as soon as possible.
    Thanks again,
    Earon
