Australia Universities Master Programs

Dear all.

This is Ricky from HKG. Recently, I am quite interested in some master programs offered by Australia Universities here. But sometimes I got confused as the terms they used. Some master programs use the terms coursework and some use action learning approach or research and and dissertation...
Then, what is the difference between them ?
And then, I found a Master program of Applied Management ( Tourism ) from Univ of Newcastle. It seems interesting to me. Can anyone give me some advice and comment on this Univ or program...
