The article seems upbeat and positive about the benefits, level of motivation necessary to be successful in an on-line learning environment, and the types of students seeking degrees. The only comment that really stood out in my mind was about the preference for schools which had a brick-and-mortar presence (presumably physical classrooms) rather institutions with no physical campus (perhaps only an administrative office). Are there RA schools without physical classrooms? Are there NA schools with physical classrooms? I am just trying to understand from where that comment came.
