    Hello all,

I was wanting to get your opinion on gasoline running over $3.00 a gallon and distance learning. Do you all think with these higher gas prices, more people will enroll in distance learning programs or courses in lieu of driving to class? I know this may seem like a no brainer question, but I was wanting to see others
    opinions.

Gas cost is absolutely a factor in my course decision-making.

However, I am more concerned with the traffic when getting to class, than the actual cost of gasoline. Also, I drive a full-sized truck, so it will consume more than a Honda. Even though I realize this, gas cost still does not jump over the traffic in "things that I hate about going to an on-site class."

I'm a fellow Chaffey alum, and currently I use the I-15 through RC and Fontana to go to school in San Bernardino. When I was going to Chaffey, rarely was there heavy congestion on that route (only a freeway junctions), but not anymore!!!

For me personally, DL has always been a matter of flexibility rather than cost.
