The International Accreditation Agency for Online Universities and the Universal Council for Online Education Accreditation are, to the best of my knowledge, not legitimate accrediting agencies. A legitimate accrediting agency would itself be accredited by the United States Department Of Education www.ed.gov and/or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation www.chea.org . "Accreditation," so named, is a particularly American concept, though other countries have their educational quality control systems. Thus, there is really no such thing as international accreditation. As for universal accreditation ... and exactly which other planets, solar systems, galaxies, etc., within the universe are they accrediting in?

 

Reminds me of the Miss Universe competition. How many Martians or good looking bug eyed monsters from Alpha Centauri participate? Are they even invited?

Rather like the World Series I suppose.

 

Be nice now, one of those Alpha Centaurians may be reading these messages and we wouldn't want to hurt her feelings called her "bug eyed" or a "monster"..

You are right, that was very insensitive of me. I should have mentioned a good looking "Person of significantly different genetic stock who possess protruding eyes" from Alpha Centauri.
