I plan on taking a Masters and am looking for flexibility in study options. I'd like to have the options of taking more, or less, courses each term. Meaning that I might finish in 12 months or 3 years depending on my available time.

    thanks

    Master's in what?

How do you want to study?

What kind of school do you want to attend?

What do you want to do with the degree?

How much are you willing to pay?

The more specific you can be regarding your goals, the more accurate the advice you will receive.

    Many

I think there are more schools than not where this flexibility is available. Try Nova Southeastern for one. I believe for accreditation purposes most schools require you to finsih within 5 years.

Herriot-Watt immediately comes to mind. Their MBA program is the epitome of self-paced. You read the books and take the tests when you feel you are ready. I have read about some people who have finished their MBA in a very short amount of time this way.

I would like to suggest the University of London. However, as Rich has pointed out, it's very difficult to make specific recommendations without more information from adsg. Perhaps he'll check in later.

Check out http://www.detc.org/, there are several Nationaly Accredited Master Degree programs that are very flexible and inexpensive there.

    Good Luck!
