Enough hours, Excelsior or COSC, which might be fastest for General BS?

I did try a quick search, and couldn't find an answer. I'm sure this has been discussed, but a quick search wasn't successful...

I did tell her that Excelsior has at least one course of theirs as a requirement. Don't know about COSC having a requirement like that.

All hours are from casual attendance, from three schools, all North Central Regional Accrediation. No specific degree plan, but she's accumulated 87 hours lower level, 36 hours upper level.

So, quite sure there is the correct number of hours, all from accredited community college and state universities, does anyone have an idea as to which school might provide the fastest (hate that term) path to a general BS?

I went with COSC. The customer service was the best and they are VERY flexible. I completed my BS in a about 3-4 months.
