I just received correspondance from both of these schools again. Anyone out there have any experience with their distance MBA programs?

    Thanks

    Colorado State Distance MBA

I have obtained my MBA through the Colorado State Distance MBA program.

The program is AACSB accredited and it is surprising to me that it's rarely ever mentioned in this forum. It's a quality education at an affordable price.

With the introduction of DVD's the program has become even more convenient for distance learners as you can now study anywhere and anytime with a laptop.

I highly recommend the program to anyone. Although it's not a 1st tier school it's lightyears ahead of most of the schools that are being discussed in this forum.

Well, for me, the DVDs would make it inconvenient. You see, in the divorce, the wife got the DVD player (a Christmas gift to me from my Dad from one year earlier) and I only got the VCR (a get well gift to me from my grandmother eighteen years earlier).

It's surprising to me also. It's reasonably priced, a fine state school, a legit accredited program. It made my final list when I was deciding on a DL MBA program: I narrowed down to UMass, Florida, ColState, and Nebraska. Finally chose the first on the list.

I just visited the CSU campus a couple weeks ago, as I was in Fort Collins on business. Not that it matters for the DL student, but it's lovely, a very nice Northern Colorado town and a fine campus--I was more impressed with it than the big U of Colorado an hour south.
