Does anyone have recommendations for Early Education Masters programs over the internet?

    Thanks in advance.

Geoff, I always have difficulty accepting that Education studies, if it is going to be apllied in a true teaching environment, can be taught effectively by any form of DE, whatever that may be.

I did a BEd, which is a teaching post graduate Bachelors degree in Australia (adult and post year 12 concentration, 72 creit unit), and then an MEd (40 credit unit). I did it with the University of New England at Armidale in Australia www.une.edu.au who now offer their EdD completely by non residential study. I had the option of 4 days a semester per subject which I had already done in my 72 credit unit MAcc and found it very beneficial.

This time I opted rather for a contract with UNE and my education provider employer. This included an agreed practicum (which I believe is most essential) which was recognised on my transcript by UNE, and other research studies in colloboration between UNE and my Institute.

If you intend to go teaching, and are not presently certified, I strongly recommend you consider someting akin to what I did.

    Hope this helps prespective wise.
