I ran a search on the excelsior college website and i noticed that they still offer the option of banking one's credits. I would double check by calling them directly to confirm.

Are you sure you want the Credit Bank? From what I've seen in this forum, credit banking is most always a waste of money. It does not substitute for transcripts.

Generally speaking, a credit bank transcript from schools like Excelsior will not facilitate transfer of credit to another school.

The receiving college will almost always still require official transcripts from the originating college in order to transfer credit.

Graduate school applications will almost always require the same.

The advantage of a credit bank service is for those who either do not want/need an undergraduate degree but need a transcript in one form and for those who already have an undergraduate degree but want to consolidate additional study on a single form.
