    Hello:

Any thoughts or comments on the DANTES Organizational Behavior exam would be appreciated. I printed the fact sheet on this exam from the DANTES site and it seems pretty straight forward, but would still would like to hear any comments from anybody who has taken this exam.

    Thanks,

    Abner :)

I took it and passed (60)but it was a little more difficult than expected. Studied from DSST study guide and portions of an Intro to Management text book. Good luck.

    Thanks FWD,

I seem to do pretty well with business/HR type subjects. Thanks for the comments.

    org. behavior

I took the Dantes Org. Behavior last year, and it wasn't too difficult. I used books from the library as well as a number of good articles on the internet (I think I woulda died without Google) to study for the exam. I got a 66 on the exam, not too shabby, I suppose, and it was one of the subjects regarding which I had some apprehension. If biz/HR subjects are your forte anyway, a bit of studying before the exam should enable you just fine.

    Abner,
I took this one in London last May I think it was.
Since as usual I studied quite thoroughly for this one, I can't really tell if you'll find it easy or difficult. I just went through a whole college book on Organization Behavior.

But I did find it the easiest that day compared to the other 2 Dantes I took (Statistics and MIS).

I would say that the difficulty is knowing and being familiar with the terminology; it's quite a broad subject. I don't see how anyone could pass without studying at all or coming from a business background. So, whatever you do, I think it's a good idea to do some studying whether you get an easy guide or a whole textbook.

    Good luck
