I found this information on the NASPAA website. Not all of them are degree programs, but several of them are.

The Price is Right

Valdosta may be worth the effort if I can get some feedback from former or present MPA students. It is NASPAA accredited and amazingly inexpensive

They waive out of state tuition and most of the fees and, if my calculations are correct, the cost per credit will be roughly $160.

Of course, I had to put on my ferret hat to google out the information so I'm still not sold on their ease of delivery. It took me three days of looking to get this much info where on any other site it took me about 3 minutes.
