I've decided to go with COSC and go for a BS with concentration in Information Systems. Next do I pay for an official evaluation? I have a few semesters at community college, will this evaluation see what credits I've already finished and see what I need to do to finish the degree?

Try and figure out what exams you need and take them before you sign up. Don't sign up until you are finished with most of your requirements. No need to put a time frame on things!

Congratulations! I sent for evaluation (I think I paid maybe $45 4 years ago) and sent transcripts to verify what req. I had met. After that I took as many tests as I could prior to enrolling. I was one though who had to go for extension after enrollment period expired. Initially I was in a hurry but as I got into it I found I did not want to rush this.

Yes. Evaluation is just an under no obligation preliminary review. Enrollment means you are officially a student. Good luck!
