MLS (Liberal Studies) Degree Questions

    There are several RA DL programs which offer the MLS (Master of Liberal Studies) degree. Are these terminal degrees? Can someone teach at the community college level with an MLS? Does anyone have firsthand experience with an MLS program and, if so, which one and what were your overall impressions?

    I've been looking at the University of Oklahoma's program which appears to be one of the oldest and would greatly appreciate any comments, pro or con.

    Excelsior has a Masters in liberal studies that I was just reading about. I found this in their FAQ section:
