Teaching in distance learning institutions.

Hello there, everyone. I've been reading this forum for quite awhile and have always enjoyed the discussions here.

I was curious if anyone had any recommendations for getting started in teaching at online institutions? I teach medical students and medical interns frequently, and sincerely enjoy it. I have graduate training in a number of fields and I am considering teaching at an online institution. Can anyone recommend a starting point for finding these jobs? I've found a few opportunities through random searches, but I was curious if there was a large database of opportunities out there that I am not familiar with.

Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
