Berkeley and Cornell offer 100% DL certificates, but do any other top-ranked universities?

Which would you recommend from what you know about them?

As your question sinks deeper and deeper beneath the waves of threads on this forum I thought that I might bump it once by pointing out two problems with your question (and maybe this is why no one answered your question).
    1) This general question was discussed in two separate threads within the past two weeks. If you scroll down the list of threads you're bound to find them. People sometimes tire of giving out the same information repeatedly.
    2) Perhaps this is a sign of my own ignorance, but you haven't stated the subject of your interest. Ichthyology? Economics?
    Basketweaving?
    Go ahead, try again.

No no. Basketweaving is an art requiring intense focus, hand to eye coordination, and a rigourous study of craftsmanship. accredited distance education programs may not cater to basketweaving. However, a degreemill may award an experienced basketologist the master of fine arts degree.
