Who offers DL science courses/programs?

I have a colleague who teaches anatomy, physiology type courses online. He is considered the pioneer in our community college district for DL courses of this nature. He is going to be retiring from teaching full-time soon and is hoping to still pick up a class here or there to keep busy.

Any suggestions regarding where to apply? I know these aren't your typical online courses.
