    Hello,
I'M a member of this forum for sometimes now.I'm from Abuja , nigeria. I would like to enrol in cheap online/DL ENGLISH GRAMMAR AND COMP. so that to improve my writing skills.
A lot of threads have been discussed about Lsu courses.Lsu looks very interesting and a bit cheap compare to others programs, but still pricey for me here in nigeria.
I also found out about this interesting english program by universal class. which of these program can i chose?
please , your inputs will be highly appreciated.

I am looking for the same thing too, except that mine will be used specifically to fulfill a requirement of English Composition at Excelsior.

LSU is about the cheapest you can expect in the USA basis regionally accredited course. But I discarded them because about some information here about the tutor being quite hard...

Maybe you could check in Safrican and Indian universities if you are looking for cheaper price and if you don't need official unviversity credits from the course.

If your desire is to improve your basic written English skills and not to get college credit, the High School level Language Arts - English courses at BYU might be a better fit.

The cost is about $102 per course and the preparation could prove very valuable for you.

visit www.byu.edu and click on courses online on the left. Then select 7-12 grade courses.

You might also consider the courses listed under Personal Enrichment though these may not meet your needs, they are only $23

Thanks very much for your valuable advice. I don't need the english for credit purposes , just wish to be a good writer in all situations.
I have been considering unisa english dept in my list of priority. But have made a u-turn , after going through difficult minimal responds.
I will now check with BYU to see their programS
