    Hi:
I'm looking at different schools for an MBA program and learned about Baker College from the various past posts.

Can someone give me their opinion about Baker College. From what I read off their site, they're located in Flint, Michigan. The only thing I know about Flint is from Michael Moore's documentary ;-) and from his documentary, Flint, MI sounds pretty depressed. I am concerned about education quality if it indeed is such a depressed place, etc.

However, from what I've learned from past posts, Baker's program can be done in a year with one course at a time. That's very enticing.

Please give me your thoughts, opinions. Thanks so much.

I got my BBA there in 2003 and am now in a MBA program at nova. I am not sure about Bakers MBA but the BBA was one course every six weeks. I found it challenging and fun. The instructors were helpful and the students did not seem depressed at all (since most online students were not from Flint I guess). There are probably more rigorous programs out there but Baker is RA and a good school.
