I have a friend who is now an ex-pat residing in Japan. He started studying international relations at U of Kentucky before the airlines transferred him overseas. He's now looking into an online DL option to finish undergrad. He's doesn't have that many (15-25) hours into it, so he's looing for a complete program.

Any one know of possible schools he could check into?

    Thanks in advance.

  3. Since your friend has some credits from the U of Kentucky, he might want to check out Kentucky Commonwealth Virtual University, a clearinghouse for distance learning opportunities in the state.

Also, American Military University (accredited by DETC) offers a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. See http://www.amunet.edu/Degrees/IRWhy.asp
