New Ed.D.? George Fox University

Does anyone have experience with this Ed.D? It was included on a list and has internet courses as an option:

"George Fox University offers a high-quality doctoral program that prepares educators to be leaders in their chosen specialties at the K-20 levels. The Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) Program focuses on qualities of cultural, moral, and organizational leadership as the basis for leading complex education organizations. This professionally oriented program is designed to maximize accessibility for full-time educators. Students will have an opportunity to complete the degree in four years (more or less) through summer sessions on the George Fox University campus, Internet-based courses, and independent study.
The Doctor of Education Program comprises 55 semester units of course work and a minimum of 8 semester units of dissertation.

Any comments would be welcome. tution is $435 a unit which is competitive.
