I am interested in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Skills program - and found very useful relevant threads at this forum. Thank you all for sharing your opinions/experiences.

Has anybody subscribed/read this Harvard edition on Negotiation? (http://www.pon.harvard.edu/publications/newsletter/)

Have you found the materials insightful/helpful in the studies?

As a matter of fact, I was a bit disappointed by the materials from the available free download sample of the edition: there are 4 articles, and I found only two of them more or less of some content... well, just my opinion.
