This is something I've been meaning to do for quite awhile, so here is my inaugural effort. I plan on adding NA programs, as I have the time & inclination.

I don't see Saybrook's Cop-Doc degree, but it may not be what you are looking for.

UNCW advertises a criminal justice bachelor's but it's hard to get info on the website.

Cool list, I like the background!!

I have a question for you. I am actually asking for a friend. Does Charter Oak State College grant credit for a police academy training? I have a friend who is a prison guard in Texas, he wants to start a DL program to pursue a Bachelors degree in CJ.

If Charter Oak does not grant credit for police academy training, do you know of any other ways he can obtain credit for it?

Excelsior College awards credit for many police academy and other law enforcement training programs. You can search for approved training programs on its criminal justice page.

I will let him know. Do you happen to know if he can just start off with the Associate degree in CJ at Excelsior?, or would he have to go straight through to the Bachelors? Just wondering, thanks.

I don't believe that Excelsior offers Associate degrees. If that's what he's looking for, Thomas Edison State College has a program for him.
