    So, I've finally decided on a graduate program I can get behind, since... I started the internet, I didn't inhale, I didn't have sex with that woman, and I am certain that there are WMDS in Iraq.

    NO!, I started the Internet, I did inhale (very deeply and somewhat frequently during the 70's, I have sex with a woman (frequently) and I am certain there are weapons of mass deception in Iraq.

    I can tell a good story - perhaps I need a degree in that too!
