I prefer a Baptist Organization that is accredited and would allow for student loans. So far I have : Liberty University: http://www.liberty.edu/DistanceLearning/index.cfm?PID=166 Tennessee Temple University: http://www.tntemple.edu/academics/distancelearning_degrees.html Dallas Baptist University: http://www.dbu.edu/christian_faith/biblical_studies_cr.asp Do you guys have any other suggestions?
Have you looked for anything on this web page? Or this one? Or this one? Or have you tried plugging the following, exactly as shown -- including spacing, capitalization, quotes, etc. -- into the Google search box? +baptist +"biblical studies" +bachelors OR "bachelor's" OR BA OR "B.A." site:.edu I recommend that you copy and paste it from the above to make sure every last detail is right. It should produce eight hundred and something fairly relevant results.
I'd suggest Luther Rice Seminary. It is accredited by TRACS. There are rumors that it may apply for RA accreditation sometime soon. www.lrs.edu
Suggestion You might want to check out Hope International University in Fullerton, California. Not Baptist, but is RA with excellent teachers!
Of the three you listed I would go with Liberty. It's the only one that is RA...they are also accredited by TRACS nationally. Liberty also accepts transfer credit from Eugene Bible College (only $225 per class!) so you can transfer A LOT of VERY inexpensive course work into Liberty to save some cash. I might also suggest The Moody Bible Institute. Like Liberty, they are RA and are also accredited by ABHE nationally. They will also accept transfer credit from Eugene Bible College. Neither Moody or Eugene are Baptist but I think you'll be happy with their content. Pug
