    Well what an effort. Here are a couple of small giveaways that a non-Irish person might miss, just in case that comprehensive and utterly convincing website isn't quite fool-proof enough. Let's see, Glencullen is a university in Dublin...

    ... but you can't do a degree in Irish. Or study celtic civilisation.

    There's no Cumann Gaelach (Irish language society).

    There's no GAA (Gaelic Games) club, though there is an American football team.

    There's a light opera society but no trad music soc.

    There's a Green Party (fair enough) but no Fianna Fáil or Fine Gael cumann, no Sinn Féin.

    There *is* a chapter of the Optical Society of *America*.

    There is also a *cheerleading* club (which makes it the only educational institution, third or second level, in the entire nation that has one).

    And apparently in Glencullen, unlike in the rest of the country, people take "vacations", not holidays.

    Dear me.
