Slightly OT: MIGS: the circus continues

Folks,

I read the MIGS forum for the first time in about six weeks today. The amazing antics continue, including nonexistent faculty members and trouble with Florida authorities. A little research also indicates a virtual move from Florida to Mexico to escape the wrath of Florida officials, and more.
