IS it possible to do individual courses through UNISA or must one sign up for a programme, they have lots of interesting courses and the cost is almost unbeatable.

Any ideas anyone, UNISA seem very slow in returning emails and the website is difficult to navigate.

    Thanks

Hi John - I think I know the answer but I must confess that I couldn't find the information on the website this time around so I can not provide a link to you to confirm my answer.

    1) You have to be a registered student
    2) The registration process is the same regardless of your degree-seeking status
    3) Any registered student can take courses for non-degree purposes (NDP) at any time, even if they're actively involved in taking courses for a degree.

I've got two other pieces of advice. First, make certain that you know where the authorized tests center(s) are near you. For me, getting to the test center (NYC) would cost more than the course. Second, check out the following website:
    http://www.iaci-canada.com
This organization provides information to people about UNISA and can be very helpful with the registration process.
    Good luck.
