California State U, Dominguez Hills offers a Masters Program in the Humanities which allows you to concentrate in history: http://www.csudh.edu/hux/courses.html At that link, see Curriculm B. I am currently a student taking Curriculm A. There are probably other options as well. ------------------ ------------------- Phillip M. Perry www.pmperry.com
Thanks for the info. I have seen that program before and it was as close as I've found. Have you found it worthwhile? [email protected]
My experience at HUX has been excellent. I enjoyed the history course with the Gustavson text, which I found quite illuminating. As I mentioned, I am enrolled in Curriculm A, general studies, rather than concentrating in history. ------------------ ------------------- Phillip M. Perry www.pmperry.com
I don't know if you're willing to "go international" but the University of New England (Australia) has two MA programs, one in Ancient History and one in History. The degrees are by coursework (as opposed to research) although you can include a research project in your credits. They've been very helpful in my contacts with them.
