Yes, back in '99...I received 4 semester hours by writing a very complete description of my USDA job (Food Inspector at that time), copies of certificates from all completed agency training, a letter verifying employment from our personnel office in Minneapolis, and a copy of my performance appraisal to show my proficiency. The course I received credit for was FOM 106 Health, Safety, and Sanitation. It was a food operations management course. Don't know if that is much help. Ron
