Touro University's PHD in Business

Hi,

I am looking for a Ph.D. program in business, and I am reviewing Touro University's program. Could anyone give me some advice on them or does anyone have any experience with them?

I'm sort of in the middle of a transition period--I'm withdrawing from Northcentral university because of the withdrawal from the Title IV program and my income isn't high enough to qualify for a Sallie Mae loan (the only help they're giving us at the moment). So, I'm looking for a school that offers Title IV assistance. Another thing--I'm really leary about another online school after the way NCU pulled this on us, which is another reason that I would like some first hand accounts, advice from those that are familiar with accreditation and the like.
