The whole thing seems to be the brainchild of Paul Newham, who developed something called Voice Movement Therapy. It almost looks as though he started out creating an accreditation agency to validate the degree offered by his foundation, then created a university to offer more degrees, and then went from there.

The legitimacy of the United Nations Convivium for International Education has been discussed in previous thread and it is questionable.

A simple check for the 'decency' of an university may be by its website address. I have not encountered any decent university with website address of xxxx.com (it represents a profit-making commercial firm, am I correct?).

 

There are, however, some questionable institutions which have the .edu extension.
