    Dear All

I am been reading these forums for years now and have decided to join. It has been a wonderful resource to me in the past.

A short question for you, I am soon to finish my PhD in Education and also have a Masters in Education (Leadership / Management).

Which institutions do you suggest I approach for online faculty or adjunct positions? what is the pay like? would institutions accept me being a fresh graduate and all?

I look forward to your reply.

    Many thanks in advance.

    David :)

There are plenty of online jobs available, especially from the for-profit schools. I think $1800 or so is the going rate (at least that's what I make for an 8 week class).

Grand Canyon University offers a new masters in education so this might be a good starting point. (www.gcu.edu). They use BlackBoard to deliver their courses which is a user friendly interface. There are many others as so many schools are jumping on the online bandwagon :p
