Mba

I'm currently working full time and would like to know if there are any Universities offering online or distance MBA programs for non graduates.
I have tried Aspen but they require a lot of written assignments to be submitted in a limited time frame. As I'm employed full time I find it impossible to devote 30h a week. The other option I looked at is Heriot Watt but the fees are beyond my reach.
I do not mind even if it is a state recognized college or university. Any serious suggestions welcome.
