I just wanted to let my friends in the forum community know I've been accepted by the Liberty University Graduate School of Business. I will begin distance learning studies in their MBA program in the Fall.

I plan to brush up on math between now and then.

I am now officially a distance learning supporter!

Proud to be a memeber of this forum.:)

    Take care, everyone!

    Congratulations, Johnny!

    Go Johnny, Go!

    Love your enthusiasm.

Yes, 'tis a good idea to bone up some "in them thar math, stats, and calc!" Ya surely will need 'em!

Don't worry too much about a misspelled word or two (or three) in here. In Bizz school, however, ya better have your Business Plans spic-and-span with no misspelled words to mar the investors' enthusiasm or cloud the revenue projections.

    Question:

Does the Right Rev. Jerry "All'sWell" Fallwell teach Econometrics at Liberty U. Bizz School?

    Nah, me think not (....smile).

Best wishes in your upcoming studies.

Congratulations! I think Liberty was a great choice. After law school, I may look into pursuing a doctoral degree there. If you have time, post an update and let us know how you like it. Good luck!

Congratulations to one of my all-time favorite singers, ha!

Guess you don't want to major in criminology (Secret Agent Man), huh?

    From J.R. to Jimmy...

    Hey Jimmy!

I did major in Criminology. I was a real Secret Agent Man (that's a whole nother story). I also had a band and we played Johnny Rivers music at Whiskey A Go Go type establishments. I have Patrick McGoohan CDs, and I have British, Irish and Scottish ancestry. And I'm a genuine tar heel from N.C. We used to play Carolina beach music. Ha!

Oh my, does that take me back. In my mind’s eye I can see a young man in the mid-60s drinking a beer on a warm Grand Strand night at a joint called the Pad in Myrtle Beach, dancing the Shag with a Carolina (USC) girl who looks like Barbara Feldman (99), while listening to the Tams sing “I’ve Been Hurt.” Good, good memories.
