Rio Salado run a teacher accreditation program (DL - regionally accredited and approved in Arizona with the usual reciprocal agreements/disclaimers with other states) which will be accepted in most Euopean countries. The course runs for 14 weeks which can be accelerated (not including practicums) but its all negotiable. Practicums can be done in your present location.

Only problem for Europeans is the Arizona Dept of Education exam. The information from the college is great - they state that these exams can only be done in Arizona and a couple of times a year in major American cities. I have heard unofficially from a student their that if a proposal is put in along with a commitment to cover costs the state may be convinced to set the exam on abroad. (Maybe need to cover the transport and accomodation of state proctor on top of normal costs). I can get an exam location for free.

If anybody else in interested in Europe let me know and maybe we can contact the AED and ask. Whats the worst that can happen apart from being told no.
