Greetings, AFAIK, the "Big Three" assessment colleges -- Charter Oak State College (www.cosc.edu), Excelsior College (www.excelsior.edu), and Thomas Edison State College (www.tesc.edu) -- will all accept credit from "College Credit by Examination" exams from Ohio University (http://www.ohiou.edu/independent/) as long as the courses are applicable to your degree. Note that OU uses the quarter hour credit system, where as most colleges (definitely COSC, probably the other 2/3 of the "Big Three", too) use the semester hour credit system. This means that, for example, even though you pay OU for a 4 q/h course, you'll only get (if you're lucky) 2.67 s/h credits. Good luck! Cordially, Richard Kanarek
