OK, I know there is as over abundance of well informed, well educated, and well meaning folks in here, so I humbly ask for your assistance in locating a distance NR PhD program in Risk Management. In the absence of any such offering (which I fear is the case), how about a Master's Program in the same discipline? Thank you all!
