    USQ

I don't really understand why they have gone to the trouble since USQ is acrredited in Australia and is listed amongst the Association of Commonwealth Universities.

It looks as though they are following in the footsteps of UNISA. They must see some benefit for attracting US students if the university has US accreditation.

Anyway, this is good news for DETC. Having high caliber institutions on its roster helps to boost DETC's acceptance and prestige.

I agree, in any case, they could have followed the example of some international universities that got RA accreditation instead.

I don't think that it would add to their prestige but to put them at the same level of PCDI or any back of the comic book school.

I, too, am a little perplexed. As I stated before, all Australian universities are already able to participate in the Title IV loan scheme; all they have to do is apply. Other benefits? Another logo to put in their literature?

    Cheers,
