Florida Council of Private Colleges

Any info on credibility, legality, etc...?

 

As to credibility, I have my doubts. I have checked the schools the board of directors are associated with (This new-fangled government website is any good), and I could not find any of them listed.

They do not claim to actually accredit people, but rather certify they are accredited (either RA or NA), so that gives them a few extra points.

I believe it is common for "religious" schools not to pursue accreditation in America, but aren't there several options available?

They do have a "Moody Bible Institute, Chicago, Illinois", but Moody does not have anything information about being members.

I have sent Moody an email asking them about it.
