    Dear

I was accepted by aspen university last week in the MBA in project management.
I want to ask some questions about aspen for those who have experience with aspen university

1-How are the assignments delivered “Do we have to submit them by Microsoft system or any other system”?
2-How many assignments are delivered each week per course?
3-Do they have a grading score like A+,B+,.. or only A,B,C and is it easy to obtain a full score?

    Thanks

I will have finished 11 courses of my MBA by the end of this month, and then its is on to the exam and the Capstone project. Expected graduation: Summer 2005!!! Yay!! :D

    1) I use OpenOffice and export my solutions to ms word document format before submitting... I also tried to submit my assignments in pdf format, but was asked by instructors to send an ms word file instead, so they could write down their comments for the answers.

    2) Really matters on how many courses you're registered in at a time... I had kept an average pace of 2 courses per term, and usually registered in the interactive courses so was doing one assignment/module per course per week. Exactly how many questions there are per module/assignment really depends on the course and the prof. There have been times when I have registered for the courses in an online independent setting and took up to 10 weeks (I had no choice - they were time consuming), and on the other hand, when I was on leave, I had all the time in the world to spare, so I worked 10 hour days and finished one of the courses within 2 weeks... it really depends on how much time per day you can put in. Normally it will take at least 15 hours per week per course to get through. Since there are no lectures, you really have to understand the material by reading the textbooks... to me that was not very problematic sine I've already been through a research masters.

    3) I've received anywhere from A to an I (which was later turned to a A- when I rewrote my assignment solutions)... besides, I've received a B+ in one of the assignments so yes definitely you can have anywhere from A, A-, B+, B, B- and finally I or U. There is no A+ by the way...

    Hope this helps!!

Thanks Mr. Mahmood for your answers

If you allow me ,I have some other questions

1- Are the questions delivered with multiple choices or they are study cases
2- And if they are study cases questions, as you know there could be so many solutions for these types of questions, what do they do in this case?

Sorry if I am asking too many questions.

    :)

There's no multiple choice... no assignments have 'em at any school I think. Same for grading... depends on the prof. You'll find out soon enough I'm sure! :)
