Does INS(USCIS) accept a MS degree from ASPEN university as valid for H1-B/immigration purposes?

    Note: Aspen is DETC accredited.

As long as your education is from recognized university there shouldn’t be any issues.

In my place of employment we have very large groups of developers from India.

About 75% of them are on H1 Visa.

Us Immigration also looks at your experience and how relevant it is to the Job the Visa is applied for.

DETC accredited degrees are nationally accredited in USA and accepted by Immigration.

    For Immigration (H1B Visa)
    - If you have a recognized 4 year University degree: You need a Diploma Equivalency

You do not have a 4 year University Degree but have work experience (3 years of work = 1 year of University) you need a Diploma Equivalency + an Experiential Evaluation.
