Has anyone heard anything about the discussions CCU was having regarding the possibility of graduation ceremonies?

    Thanks,

    Abner :)

Cehi: I think it may be a good idea to ask CCU directly. In this case, you will hear from the horse's mouth whether the possibility of graduation ceremonie are true or false.

  3. Foto USA, Inc. v. Board of Regents of University System of Florida, 141 F.3d 1032
    C.A.11.Fla.,1998

Photographer had no First Amendment right to access to graduation ceremonies at state universities, for commercial purpose of taking photographs of graduates and later soliciting sale of such photographs, although universities conducted bidding process to allow certain commercial photographers such access.
